My experience with R.B. Heating has generally been quite excellent. There has been the odd time when it was difficult to arrange a convenient and timely maintenance visit, however, this has been very infrequent over the last 8 or 9 years since furnace was installed. Otherwise, service of my furnace and ERV has been excellent.
