Since I moved into our home about 18 years ago, I used RB Heating Climate Care. At first it was a bit rough, there were issues, and times when they wouldn't call you about their service appointments. It was very touch and go. These last few years though, they have been excellent. They call to confirm appointments, and the techs that come out to the house show up when they say they will, and they are very good. Last time I used them was weeks ago, when they came to do routine maintenance on our furnace. I plan on using them again.
