We had a new propane furnace and on demand water heater installed last year. The installers were very efficient and professional. A few minor glitches occurred shortly after installation but were dealt with promptly to our satisfaction. We had both units serviced this fall for the first time and the technician went over them with a fine-toothed comb. RB kept our old oil furnace working efficiently for years prior so I trusted them for our new installation and have not been disappointed.
