After having new furnace and AC installed in Jan 2017, system has functioned perfectly. Home is extremely comfortable and system is very quiet and reliable. Technicians came mid Jun and adjusted/balanced the AC and tweaked the system as part of the startup and home is maintained at a constant temp.
