RB installed a complete oil-fired system (Furnace, AC, HW and HRV, EAC) in 1998 and I chose to replace and add two fireplaces in 2008 when natural gas became available to us. Both installations were completed on time at the quoted cost and performed flawlessly. I also have had RB do the annual maintenance on all my equipment since 1998. It is always performed by well-qualified technicians who take pains to explain test results, make informed recommendations and work both quickly and efficiently.
