Appleby is a terrific company and John and Kuan are first class knowledgeable and professional techs. Estimate was complete and accurate. Arrived on time for work as scheduled. Completely cleaned and restored hard wood floor and several ceramic tile bathroom and kitchen. Also applied several coats of grout sealant over newly laid tile that the installer failed to seal. The wood and tile look like new! Also cleaned and restored outdoor tile at entrance to the house. Removed stains and dirt that I thought was permanent; restored and sealed. Awesome John Ana Kuan were polite, helpful, provided clear explanation of all
work , made appropriate suggestions that either saved $$ or added considerable value. I have a few remaining projects to compete this spring and will be using Appleby for these projects. Summary- outstanding quality, incredible service, real value, exceeds all of my expectations for professional quality work
