We had an old (9 years) dirty rug. We live on the upside of a large hill, and Appleby had enough hose to reach to our house. In the past, other rug cleaners did not have enough and couldn't do the job.
They came, had good equipment and were very efficient. Serviceman was friendly and answered all our questions and concerns.
Not inexpensive but seemed like a fair price.
Have used them before and will use them again.
