Was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. We received an offer/coupon in the mail for washing our carpets. The coupon was very misleading. It indicated that once we wash one carpet, the second one would be at no charge when in fact that was not the case. We were told the reason was we had some stone work and this offer was for first time customers. In fact, in another conversation they had told us that their stone and carpet departments were completely separate from each other so we were under the impression that we could take advantage of this carpet promotion. Well that clearly was not the case and the company took no steps to accommodate us in any shape or form for this misunderstanding. Their only concern was to make sure they get paid for the entire amount. Our overall experience with the entire company including the office manager was very negative and we would never use them nor recommend them to anyone.
