All of Appleby's technicians are great. They are prompt, efficient, and very thorough and careful when cleaning carpets. Yee, our technician did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets and area rugs. He was extremely careful with our hardware floors, making sure he didn't get them wet. After he finished, he did a walk through every room to make sure we were satisfied with his work.
