Not that impressed with the service. We had two water marks. One on our chair and one on our couch cushion. Both Crate & Barrel furniture. The guy basically came in vacuumed the cushion, washed it with water(with the cushion still inside the fabric case) and nothing changed. Then he said that was all he could do. He made it seem like you can't get a water mark stain out of a couch or chair. So I have zero clue what these people do as the only reason one would call them is to get a stain or water mark out of a material you can't do yourself. Disappointing
