We sent out 2 area rugs for cleaning. Neither one had ever been cleaned before.. They both came back very nice and clean. We did have a conversation on the phone about one rug as it 's backing is now loose. They explained that the type of rug that it is can have this happen. I didn't know is what it would look like until they delivered it! It
