Dropped my wool Chinese oriental 8x10 rug to be cleaned and picked up prior to Thanksgiving. Staff over the phone were courteous and explained the process.
The Plant Manager received the rug, reviewed the trouble spots and explained the cleaning and drying methods to be used.
The rug was done ahead of the date promised and it looked great post cleaning.
