Thus are, my experience with Appleby has been fantastic. I first noticed an Appleby truck on the freeway and though I'd never hear of the company, but was looking to get my carpets cleaned. I got home to my condo and found an Appleby truck in the building driveway, spoke to two very nice gentleman who were cleaning rugs in an apartment to be sold. They said they had cleaned many times in our building and, at that point, I considered that moment serendipitous. From the first call to my recent call regarding the invoice, I have been treated only with kindness, attentiveness and pure customer support. The front office staff - Michelle, Sarah, and Kim (I think her name) - are courteous, informative, welcoming...I can't say more. Henry, who cleaned my carpets, was prompt, efficient, attentive to my wishes, thorough....I can't say more.
On a separate note, your website is terrific and I love the story behind the owner. I try to use family-owned businesses when I can, and I'm thrilled to have discovered Appleby!!!
