Billing could be improved
Square foot measurements differed from other Appleby visits with no explanation. Amounts were not explained & office did not have the handwritten invoice. The billing was already in the computer & thus the details were not available. The promise to drop off spot remover was not honored. The cleaning was wonderful as always, but the paperwork, etc. is not as good as it used to be.
