Different than advertised
The carpet just didn't look different. Our sofa upholstery didn't either. They did all the cleaning in less than 20 Minutes, which led me to wonder about the quality. And they didn't hook up to our fresh water source to give assurances that the water was not recycled. They did claim that the water used was fresh. Hard to know.
