Infinity Air Solutions provides great service. I have four air conditioning units in my house, so whenever their technician comes out, he has a lot of work to do. They always send the same guy which I think is important. He takes his time to understand and know my system and how it is set up. This allows him to make a proper diagnosis and good recommendations. Other companies send new techs each time, which doesn't work as well. I have been using them for about two years and, overall, I'm satisfied with their service. Their technicians is communicative and explains what's going on. Their customer service is good and I find them to be fairly responsive. I usually call up the owner. They've even been out at night to take care of a job. Their pricing is fair. They are not the cheapest but given the quality of their work, it's reasonable. I don't necessarily shop for the cheapest service--I look for the best.
