It was really nice having the technician come out ahead of time to give me an evaluation and a quote. They also test fabrics for possible upholstery cleaning. The fact that they were able to clean an area rug that was on top of the hardwood, with no damage to the floor, was great. The carpets were well cleaned, and the technician was very polite, very respectful, and very competent. It was my first time using them.
