This was the second time I used them. When I used Naturewise Chem-Dry for the first time they quoted a price for cleaning my rugs which turned out to be a big underestimate and when they arrived, they thought they wouldn't be able to do all my rugs as promised. But then Paula called me and said they wanted to clean all the rugs and honor the original price. They did a wonderful job. Twice now they've cleaned the wood floors on my main level. It's great to come home and have your wood floors cleaned wall-to-wall and corner-to-corner. I'll probably make it an annual event. They are very easy to deal with.
