We have used Naturewise Chem-Dry for three years. We usually call them in the spring. We have a lot of carpet and also a lot of hardwood floor. They clean everything. Every time I consider using another company, I end up going back to them. They are conscientious, and polite. All the things you might want in cleaning company. We have two cats and a dog so I usually walk around the house with them upfront and point out problem spots. They spray them in advance then go back and clean everything. It's a husband/wife team and we highly recommend them.
