Very happy with the service received, but after a few days, the carpets looked the same as before they were cleaned. I was not thrilled with the outcome.
Naturewise Chem-Dry cleaned our carpets for us, and the customer service and the cleaning tech were wonderful. He was very thorough, very respectful, and he did a great job. However, I was not thrilled with the results.
