We are relatively new to this area, and we sought out a good carpet cleaning company. Based on our prior experiences with the franchise in other states, we called Naturewise Chem-Dry. Paula, the owner, was very flexible in regard to our schedule. We had several things come up, and then we got COVID, but eventually we were ready for the work to be done. They cleaned the carpets in the upstairs for us, and also some throw rugs and runners. They did a great job for us, and we will be calling them again soon to do the downstairs for us. All around, they were just great in every area of their services, and we highly recommend Naturewise Chem-Dry to everyone!
