I have always been totally into customer service and Naturewise Chem-Dry epitomizes great customer service. They are friendly and courteous and they work hard. They really seek to please their customers and in this day and age, that is rare. I used to use another carpet cleaning company and when the owner retired, he recommended Naturewise Chem-Dry to me. I am glad that he did, because they do high-quality work. Paula, the owner, is fantastic. I have already recommended them to one of my sons, and I will be sending them out to my other son's house in the near future. They are good people and they do good work.
