We've used Chem-Dry before but this was the first time we used this particular one, Naturewise Chem-Dry. They were responsive to our phone call but an appointment was hard to get. They were booked solid. We were moving and really wanted to get the carpet cleaned before the furniture arrived. Naturewise Chem-Dry made an exception and fit us in right away. We were very grateful. Wonderful customer service!
