Naturewise Chem-Dry cleaned my carpet in my house including the carpeted stairs and it looks very good. This was the first time I had used Naturewise Chem-Dry and they made a great first impression. They called and asked permission to come a little early for their appointment. That was a nice surprise. They wore face masks the entire time due to COVID-19 and I was very appreciative of that. Eric was very well mannered, friendly, professional, and courteous. He did a fantastic job. They will be the only carpet cleaning company I use in the future. I thought they cleaned the carpet for a good price. They were a little bit higher than their competitors but the job they did on my carpet was so much better than other companies have. You get what you pay for.
