These people came into my home and cut all four wires to a blower motor that wasn’t malfunctioning!! Who does that? They’ve left us hobbled and didn’t even offer to rectify the situation they created. These are morally bankrupt people with their eye on my money. They got $129 out of me while breaking working equipment. Now we have to rewrire the blower motor. The blades, 5 of them are bent and we need new blades. The technician in his infinite wisdom told me that it would be $1100 at least to replace what he broke!! Seriously? I have four children, 2 of them under 10!! Currently while I’m writing this it is 19° and I just stoked my fire. This is a ridiculous dilemma. These people are crooks

What really disturbs me are their many victims of this excessive bill padding. How many people,who just didn’t know or didn’t even look or get a chance to, have they taken advantage of? I’m sure we’re not the only ones who were cheated. I think about them servicing an elderly person and just running with the bill. Anthony said to my husband that this isn’t how they make money. The reasoning isn’t correct because we had our entire heating and air conditioning put in by them 14 years ago and they still screwed us. I can only guess that they didn’t expect us to actually look at what they were doing and not do. Please please don’t use these people. They aren’t good for business people. They screwed us for $128!!
