Comfortmaster Heating & Cooling Services has been doing our services for quite some time now. My fiance owns the house and he started using them years ago. We have our own chimney sweep company and we know that you need to do the maintenance work on schedule to make sure that bad things don't happen. So we had them come out to do a repair to the boiler. There was a gas or oil leak and they changed out the spout and pipe for us. The technician was on time and respectful of our home. I gave him some coffee while he was working. He was able to quickly assess what the problem was then he took the time to explain to me what was going on. He also took the time to answer my questions. He kept the areas he was working in neat and clean. He was knowledgeable and professional. Their pricing is reasonable which is why we have stayed with them. Their staff is pleasant and always courteous when we call in. They bend their schedule to fit us in whenever we have a problem or need assistance which we greatly appreciate.
