So, when I noticed that my water heater wasn't working recently, I called them again. The plumber was good and he seemed knowledgeable. While he was installing the new heater, the plumber noticed a small gas leak. I had been smelling a gas odor and BG&E had been out to check the exterior valves, but they didn't check the inside ones.
