Local contractors in my area had mentioned Bruce Solomon Plumbing, Heating & Air to me so I looked online and they had good reviews. We gave them a call to fix a faucet for us. This was our first time using their services and I must admit, I am impressed with their services and I have already talked with the technician about our next project! The technician was prompt, polite and professional. He was able to find what was causing the leak and explained to me what he found and what he would be able to do to fix it. The turn off valve to the water supply had rotted so he replaced that and the cartridges in the faucet as well. He was competent and completed his business in good time. He was friendly and respectful of my home. Their pricing was right and I didn't feel like they gouged me. I even joined their annual program in which you get discounts on parts and they come to review your plumbing once a year. I really liked their company as compared to other plumbers I have had over the years. They explained things well and took the time to answer my questions. I even talked with the technician about replacing the sink and countertops for our next project! I will definitely be calling Bruce Solomon Plumbing, Heating & Air again!
