We have used Bruce Solomon Plumbing, Heating & Air ever since they opened, and they have never let us down. In fact, we can not say enough good things about them! They came out recently to do a major snaking job on a drain, and like always, they were perfect! They were on time, and very professional. They are clean, and they wear booties over their shoes even when I do not think they need to. And they are nice. Just really personable. Even the people who answer the phone are super friendly. They talk to you like you are a human being, and not like those companies who sound like they have somebody sitting there and just perfunctorily filling out a form, and as dry as dust. Their service is exceptional, and frankly, the whole company is exceptional on every level. After years of service, I "know" the owners, because they talk to you when they come out. And not just about plumbing or heating things. So you get to know them as human beings and vice versa. I can not recommend this company highly enough!
