A friend of mine referred us to Bruce Solomon Plumbing, Heating & Air. This was our first time using their services. We called when we were having problems with our garbage disposal. Everything was easy from start to finish. When I called the office their staff was friendly and listened to what I was explaining. The technician was prompt, polite and professional. He made an assessment of the unit then explained what was wrong and what he could do to fix it. He also took the time to answer the questions we had for them. He was respectful of our home and he was a hard worker. The configuration and location of the disposal and it is under the sink made it difficult to maneuver. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was respectful of our home and courteous. He put in the new disposal for us and was very pleasant to work with. Their pricing was fair and their work and service are good. We will continue to use Bruce Solomon Plumbing, Heating & Air!
