I've been using Bruce Solomon Plumbing, Heating & Air for quite some time now and I've always been very happy with their services. I stay with them because they are usually able to get technicians out quickly and most of the technicians can multi-task. I had a wonderful young gentleman who came the last time that was able to fix both a plumbing issue and looked at my furnace. This time I had called them to check the toilet because it kept running. While on the phone with the lady at the office I also asked for whomever they send out to look at the furnace and change the filter for me. They were able to send a tech out that day so that was good since the toilet was still running. The tech himself was very pleasant. He arrived when they said he would, he was respectful of my home and very cordial. He was able to find the problem then explained what was happening and told me what he could do to fix it. He also took the time to answer my questions. However, when I asked about the furnace he said he only knows about plumbing and could not look at the furnace for me. I would also encourage the owner to re-train the girl who answers the phones. Since I have dealt with Bruce Solomon Plumbing, Heating & Air before I knew the pricing she was telling me on the phone was not correct. She quoted me $40 which I knew was very low. After the tech finished working on the toilet and had me sign for the billing it came to over $200. If she is misquoting these things to new clients they will be quite angry when they are quoted $40 but get a bill for $200 and that may cause them to lose customers instead of keeping them. So for the phone service I would rate one star but I did say five stars here because the technicians have been good. All of the technicians seem knowledgeable and professional in whatever field they work in and they have all been very friendly and respectful. I will continue to use Bruce Solomon Plumbing, Heating & Air.
