Bruce Solomon Plumbing, Heating & Air has always done a really good job for us. This was not our first time using them. In fact, we have used them for quite some time. They came out this season because we had not scheduled our winterization for our pipes and we had a problem with one of the faucets outside not turning off. It was late Friday afternoon when I realized the water outside was running (and it was going to be below freezing that weekend). I called and they were able to send someone out right away. They have always been good about timing and making appointments quickly. Plus their pricing is really reasonable. While the tech was here for the leak he also discovered another problem with his assessment that he was able to fix for us. The technicians are always able to assess the problems quickly and notify us about what they find. They take their time explaining their findings in ways we can understand and go over options for fixing any of the problems as well as answering any of our questions. They are prompt, polite and professional. They are respectful of our home and even wear the little booties to protect our flooring. I have now made sure to mark on our calendar to get our winterization done in November to avoid these problems in the future!
