I hired Bruce Solomon Plumbing, Heating & Air to unclog a toilet. I called to make a first appointment time at 8 a.m., and they called me at 7:54 a.m., and told me that they were running two to three hours late. I didn't understand that at all. Once they arrived everything went well. They did take care of the clogged toilet.
