They always show up on time, and frankly, they are very good at finding unique solutions to challenging problems. For example, we had moved into a new home, and it was a one story home, and very long from end to end. We were having a problem getting hot water from one end of the house to the other end. We would have to wait several minutes for hot water to get to the sink. Structurally, we were very limited in what we could do, especially when it came to running new pipes.
