We have a signed contract for winter and spring maintenance with Bruce Solomon Plumbing, Heating & Air. They came out to do maintenance and the technician said everything was working fine, but that night the heat went out. After they checked it the next day, they said a bird had built a nest. They didn't catch it during the inspection, so it quit working. Then they charged us for fixing it. We felt that they should have caught that during the inspection and they should not have charged us to fix something they missed.

They were very responsive when we called, and they came right out. They did good work, and it is working fine now, but we still feel we should not have been charged when it quit working the very day they inspected it.

It is working great now. We will keep with the contract, but may not renew once the contract is up.
