My husband called Bruce Solomon Plumbing, Heating & Air twice last week because we had issues with both the toilets in our house. They were able to come take care of the issue the same day on both occasions, which I thought was awesome customer service. That's just one example, but we've been using them for plumbing and heating for years and never had any issues. The pricing is comparable to others and they're a nice group of guys. Marlene in the office is great too.
