The problem turned out to be very labor intensive requiring the removal of 2 toilet bowls and" snaking out" both drains .this proved inconclusive ma A video camera and bigger drain machine indicated a blockage most likely in the drain pipe under the flood in the laundry room. We are going to defer this phase of the repair for now.Danny made every effort to Identify the problem and I could'nt ask anymore from him.
