Were sorry you were dissatisfied with our competitive pricing. The $40 minimum charge is to send a licensed and insured technician in a fully stocked truck to your home. We gave you a price for the work you requested up front and in writing. With your approval we would have completed the job while we were there. If you did the work you only pay for the job and the $40 is not charged. Please let us know if you have any questions.
