Called Monday and set an appointment on Thursday same week 12-4 for no A/C. Thursday I take the day off costing me about $500 in business. When. I call and no show by 4pm I call and they can't find the appointment. Sorry. We'll have to start the whole appointment thing over again. Wife called back (she made the appointment) to ask for a same day remedy and got a story that there was only one person doing their work (the other guy just left the company - so only two guys in the company to do the work).
