I contacted this company via Home Advisory. Home Advisory transferred me to Bruce Solomon Plumbing Heating and Air. I spoke to them on then home and they explained the $40 service call fee and any other expenses and how their service worked. The woman I talked to was very friendly and knowledgeable. A plumber arrived at my house 35 minutes later to survey the issue. He explained everything carefully and we hired him on the spot to take care of the plumbing issue we couldn't resolve on our own with a toilet auger and snake. The issue was actually in the drain between the toilet and the access pipe in our utility room. The problem was resolved immediately. They cleaned up all the mess. He was very proficient, friendly and courtesy. They are also very respectful of your home by wearing shoe covers. I would definitely recommend this company.
