The technicians from Grays Heating and Air Conditioning are always very courteous. They do their work diligently and in a fair amount of time. I'm not displeased with their work. They get the job done. The last guy was very good. He found a filter that hadn't been changed since the new air conditioner was installed seven years ago. He made a note to change it and got it done efficiently. I've been using Grays Heating and Air Conditioning for several years. They took care of my old units very well which is why I hired them to install the new system.
