Lou Hill was my contact, and he did a great job letting me know what was going on with the car, the scheduling and timing. H was also a great comfort in the first days after the accident when i didn't know anything about how the process worked - on the insurance side and the fixing the car side. He was very attentive to making sure my car got to Atomic and letting me know as soon as it arrived.
