I brought my car in after being rear-ended at a stoplight. Atomic did great work. There was a long delay, but it was not their fault (rather, the fault of the other driver's insurance company, who dragged their feet). Atomic kept me up to date on where we were each day, and took car of extending my rental through the waiting period.

My only complaint is that their site says they take Visa. When it came time to pay, they wouldn't accept Visa because the amount was over $1500. I don't have a local bank, so ended up having to write a check to a friend and have him get a cashier's check issued from his local bank. The "What Forms of Payment Do You Accept" portion of the FAQ needs to be updated to include this important detail of a cap of $1500 on credit card payments.

The "4 free wash/vacuums a year" for the car is a nice touch, though! I'll enjoy having that done!
