The service was excellent. I was kept informed and viewed the online repair photos. The final result looked brand new. With one exception, the front desk service was cordial and professional. When I was driving to the first appointment, I called to say I might be five minutes late. I was told that if it was more than five minutes, the appointment might have to be rescheduled! I was a minute late. The service person did not come out for five minutes. No gripe from me about that but being told that if I was more than five minutes late, the appointment might have to be rescheduled? Really? Is that the approach you want to take? Just noting it so that you can discuss that approach.
Again, the service was excellent and the repair excellent.
