I dropped my truck off (bumper and rear panel to be replaced) on Tuesday and it was scheduled to be completed the following Friday. I got a call the day before it was to be completed and was told it wouldn’t be done until the following Friday. The following Friday comes around and it’s not ready again and I’m not happy. I want to say that the employee that called me each time the truck was late was super nice and very polite and would try to answer all my questions. It would be done Monday or Tuesday this time. Anyway, since I wasn’t happy they had my Service Advisor call me and leave me a voice message. He leaves a message and lets me know that my truck is about 10 days ahead of schedule for this type of job. What? What were all those other dates they were working too? I can’t even tell you how upset I was after listening to that. I think he’s insulting my intelligence and I’m too upset to call back. I’ll just let it go and I’ll pick my truck up on Monday or Tuesday. Nope it wasn’t done. It was finally done on Wednesday. Over 3 weeks after I dropped it off. I do want to say all the people I spoke too were knowledgeable, polite, and apologetic for my truck being late.
