After calling a couple of shops that we were referred to (Atomic being one of them), we realized that Atomic Auto was where we would be doing business.

Atomic was:
1) Informative: from start to finish, they explained everything.
2) Up to date: they kept us in the loop, and gave us timely updates.
3) Worked FOR us, in getting all the required insurance hassle(s) and rental car info processed.
4) Took responsibility when there were delays (even when the delays were not their fault).
5) Followed up with us, and made the entire process as easy as could be.

Atomic has an asset in their employee, Sarah, who was hands-down someone I would want working for me! Thorough. Professional. Detail oriented. PLEASANT.

NOTE: If you are a local auto-body repair business - a 'competitor' of Atomic - read and re-read the above paragraph. And read it again. The person who answers your phone likely lost you MY business - as she was NOTHING like I describe in my experience with Sarah. Get yourself a Sarah. Pay her well. She will bring-in business (like she did me), and she will grow your business with her knowledge, professionalism and personality.

On the vehicle side, Lou was thorough and helpful from the start. He discussed Atomic's process, and answered my questions. When we experienced hang-up's with insurance & / or parts-ordering, Lou was on the phone, updating us, and providing insight about what was going-on. NEVER did Lou blame, or castigate the other companies, he was fair and offered both sides of the situation.

When we picked-up our vehicle, it was clean, ready-to-go, and detailed very well. We received all paperwork, contact information, 'do's and don'ts' now that is has been repaired, and a warm hand-off.

As much as we enjoyed our experience with Atomic, we hope to NOT have to use them again, as we prefer not having our vehicle run-into! We sincerely wish them the best in their future business endeavors and hope that you trust your vehicle to the professionals at Atomic Auto Body.
