I was initially looking for a martial arts school that embodied training with discipline and respect. I started training with Randy at American Academy of Martial Arts and have been a student there for 17 years now.

I also became an instructor there 5 years ago. Once you get to first-degree black belt level, you are expected to be an instructor. I am a fourth-degree black belt, which is just short of master level.

Of the 100 or so instructors I have met, Randy is the best. What stands out is the real-life street experience he has had that he brings to the practice.

Randy has been in bad, dangerous situations in which he has had to use these techniques to defend himself. Most martial arts instructors cannot say that they have been in those situations and had that kind of real-life experience.

American Academy of Martial Arts offers extremely beneficial training with a very rigorous workout. Only those who truly wish to be healthy and be able to protect themselves should come to this school.
