Overall I think the guy who came out from Alliance Plumbing did a pretty good job. He did have to call back to the office several times to ask questions about certain aspects of the job which slowed things down a bit. I think Alliance could do a better job of keeping that information at their technician's fingertips so they don't slow their customers down. We needed them to drain the upstairs water heater but they informed us that would be a bad idea because the pipes are brittle and had a high probability of bursting if we drained it. Definitely appreciated that information. He also took care of a serious clog that had appeared in the kitchen sink which was good. My only other complaint is that him and the rest of the guys that work here could be a little bit neater and maybe tidy up after themselves after doing the work.
