`The company rep returned my weekend phone call within 5 minutes. The service man was at my home within 45 min. He provided a fixed price estimate for the job. He worked very hard at excavating the main line area just behind the water meter to get at the leak area. This was made very difficult by the number and size of tree roots which actually caused the problem. He worked for nearly 5 hours before the fix was complete. Very professional job.
