My experience with Dependable Heating and Air Conditioning was wonderful. I had them install a new unit in my last house and hired them to install a new air conditioning/heating unit in my new home this last month. Although they did a great job with the installation, the person that really stood out as outstanding was Brandon Beane! He was my first contact and gave me my estimation for the cost of the services and was here for most of the installation. Although I have had one slight issue since the installation, as soon as I contacted Brandon, he came right out and resolve the issue within minutes. When the installers left some dents in my bathroom door from taking out the old unit, Brandon even came over himself and caulked and repainted the areas that had been damaged. When I have had questions about this new Smart Thermostat and I have texted him about my questions, he has always responded to me within hours. I cannot say enough positive things about this gentleman, and I am a very picky customer in general. I never fill these kinds of reports out, unless the service was either terrible or wonderful, and in this case, it was the latter. I will definitely use Dependable Heating and Air Conditioning again in the future, and will not hesitate to refer any of my contacts to them should they ask. Brandon Beane, however., is what made this entire experience absolutely extraordinary in my opinion. It’s hard to find employees with that kind of dedication and responsiveness to customers needs in this day and age.
